Brian has over 25+ years of experience in the entertainment industry as an Entertainer, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Creative Director, Producer, and head of Casting and Booking. Currently, he is a Fleet Entertainment Director for Carnival Cruises, ensuring comprehensive Entertainment Experience products and offering leadership guidance to onboard Entertainment Directors across a fleet of 29 ships.

With a Master's in Communication and Leadership, Brian provides transformational and inspirational leadership by actively encouraging team creativity, fostering open communication, demonstrating forward-thinking, creating self-managed teams, and exhibiting commitment to high-quality entertainment.

When it comes to entertainment, he fully subscribes to the story-driven format, pursuing an event, show, attraction or activity that strives to tell a story while creating a fully immersive experience. He has provided services and/or collaboration for brands such as Cedar Fair, Six Flags, The Johnny Morris Foundation, Warner Brothers, Carnival Cruise Lines, GrayBoy Entertainment, and more.

With his experience as a Flight Medic, Paramedic, Firefighter, and Critical Care Paramedic Brian has the unique ability to add health and safety as a focus in all projects he leads.
